Riverside’s premiere antique mall across the street from the Mission In

35,000 square feet and 100 dealers over four floors
By far the largest antique mall in Riverside, with 35,000 square feet and four floors of merchandise, Mission Galleria is gearing up for the popular “Festival of Lights” which is a huge draw to the Riverside area.
The Mission Galleria is celebrating their 25th Festival of Lights, which runs through January 6th. The hotel will be illuminated with five million dazzling lights, 200 giant animated characters, fresh fallen snow, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a special Candy Stroll, a new addition this year.
The Candy Stroll takes shoppers down the main walkway, lined with candy decor, under the Campanario with the world’s largest mistletoe, and down the path towards Main Street and the Mission Galleria. it is located directly across from the famous Mission Inn, and is located where Mr. Beasley’s used to be.
The ground floors glistens with well-lit showcases. Offerings range from shabby chic furniture and vintage clothing to classic vinyl and Hotwheels on original cards.
A “Pretty in Pink” Buick pedal car rolls for $90. A sailboat-shaped wooden wall shelf and a rusty Dayton metal cabinet are among the furniture offerings in space #81.
Vintage handbags and accessories are offered by Olde Stuffe in space #223. A black velvet hat with pearl tops for $38, while a 1970s alumamesh purse carries for $18.95. Dealer #53 features vintage furs, including a $395 white and gray fox fur coat.
Dealer #51 offers a wooden Coca Cola case for $39.95. An angel statue is likely to fly into a new home for $685 this holiday season.
A number of the antique shops in the area will be hosting special events and displays in December. Vintique Alley will be hosting a Christmas Soiree on December 7th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Some of their customers feel their store, a blend of hand made artisan items and antiques, is a cross between Vignettes in San Diego and the former Down Home Antiques in Orange.
With so much to look at at the Mission Galleria, shoppers can take a break with a burger or sandwich at the Hideaway Cafe located at the basement level.
Mission Galleria has two other location in Redlands, Redlands Galleria, and Back in Time, which used to be Precious Times.
